World Design Embassy Tours

For 2 hours your party, accompanied by a guide, will visit a selection of interesting projects focused on the theme of your choice in the Strijp-S area, incl. the Klokgebouw. This walking tour introduces what design can mean, and your group can learn more about health and eco positive design. For more information about the World Design

Conditions:

1.621 euro per group (set price for a group of maximum 20 persons). Excluding VAT.

Including: reception with coffee and tea, bottle of water, DDW tickets (tickets are valid on all DDW days), design guide and headsets.

Circular & bio based building

In light of the climate challenges, energy transition and making homes more sustainable, we present new answers and chain partners together in a new design approach to climate-neutral building. The Growing Pavilion on the Ketelhuisplein will serve as the benchmark for circular and bio-based construction. 

Public safety

How can we create a viable society and limit undermining and nuisance, what does this mean for the police of tomorrow and how can citizens contribute here? Which fresh perspectives can designers introduce in answer to these issues?

Sustainable design

How can we accelerate the sustainability of B2B and B2C products and services, which system changes are necessary, and how can we create a new consumer culture with impact?
