The Hideaway by HappyGreen is a portable, modular and sustainable hotel room, which can be placed anywhere in the world without harming the environment. The Hideaway will officially be launched at the DDW 2018!
The Hideaway originates from a simple but ambitious vision: Offer a sustainable alternative for fast growing tourism. The world we live in is incredibly beautiful and there are many stunning and unique places to visit. The Hideaway enables you to experience these places responsibly.
The Hideaway is based upon the idea of a Circular Economy and is self sufficient. The Hideaway can easily be transported in small parts and can be fully assembled by hand in 2 days without prior construction knowledge or the use of any heavy machinery.
The Hideaway doesn’t compromise on luxury to be sustainable. Several luxury features can be found inside: a bathroom with rainshower, a separate ventilated toilet, a skylight roof, panorama window and even a walk-in closet. Furthermore the Hideaway contains innovative home automation and interior designs.
The Hideaway has been designed to integrate within nature and give a spacious feel while using little space. HappyGreen’s ambition is to use The Hideaway to stimulate sustainable entrepreneurship and to help make ‘Sustainable Tourism’ the new standard worldwide.
