Tickets for Dutch Design Week available now

Dutch Design Week (DDW), from 17 until 25 October 2015 in Eindhoven (NL), promises to be a programme packed with design, technology and innovation under the banner ‘What if…’. For nine whole days there will be presentations in 80 locations by 2400 designers. A DDW ticket offers unlimited access to a number of exceptional locations, museum ticket discounts and free entry to live concerts. All other locations are free, unless stated otherwise in the programme. Tickets are available now through the event’s website.  

Special locations

In addition to countless locations you can visit free of charge, a personal DDW ticket offers you nine days of unlimited access to the Klokgebouw, the Design Academy Eindhoven Graduation Show, the exhibition Thing Nothing in the Van Abbemuseum, and (new this year) the Veemgebouw in Strijp-S, with an exhibition of finalists’ entries for Dutch Design Awards, In No Particular Order by the Stimuleringsfonds Creatieve Industrie (with work by 38 very promising designers), and Hands Off: New Dutch Design at the Confluence of Technology & Craft (which could be seen earlier in the year in San Francisco).

Museum discount, free live music

Upon presentation of the same ticket, visitors qualify for a 50% discount on tickets to the Philips Museum and free entry to the DDW Music live concerts (with the exception of the specials in the Effenaar and the Muziekgebouw). A DDW ticket does not guarantee you admission: individual tickets are also sold for these concerts and there are a limited number of places.

Online ticket sales

DDW tickets are now available through the website (€16 excl. service costs). During the event, tickets can be bought at the door in various major locations (€18.50). If you do not want to be waiting around in queues, it is advisable to buy your ticket online. Day tickets are not available.
