They may be named after an Elliott Smith song, but these Belgian rockers sound more like the Silversun Pickups or the Doves. According to their Instagram, Newmoon is a "reverb rock band", somewhere on the shoegaze-y side of post-punk... call it whatever you want, there's no denying the beauty of fuzz and atmospherics.
