As a designer of innovative products Isabel like's to translate her ideas and thoughts of everyday life into appliances, three dimensional pictures and multifunctional objects. For Isabel it’s important to ad value to her designs, which gives them their own unique character and distinguishes them from mass production.
Her work can be characterized as innovative combined with practical functionality.
"I am always looking for unconventional solutions to ad value to our products. Designing in a sustainable way so people get attached to their products again like they used to before mass production set in. Typical of my work is that originality and fancifulness are always well balanced in relation to their functionality."
Assembling the designs is a very important part of Isabel's creating process.
"The experiences I have while assembling I use directly to adapt the design, which results into a changeable object."
