As part of Envisions, Floor Nijdeken presents his 'Perky Panels, by Crossover Collective'. Floor continues to facilitate social interaction and crafts and discouraging the fear of the unknown. During Dutch Design Week 2017, visitors can embroider sheets of material on his embroidery tabloe, which gradually result into acoustic panels. The embroidered end result is subsequently directly applicable in interiors. And for those who cannot get enough from Floor Nijdeken and his embroidery can now enjoy 'Floors Frivolous Fibres'.

Floor Nijdeken finished his bachelor of built environment in 2005 and worked as a spatial planner at one of Holland's ten biggest architecture agencies. In 2009 he started his second bachelor degree: Product Design at ArtEZ institute of Arts, Arnhem. Social structures and needs not only played an important role in his education, but also in the furniture, fashion and products he has made since graduation. He has a nostalgic desire for times when social ties within communities were stronger, in which traditional crafts were still practiced and there was more contact with and appreciation for the tangible ‘analogue' material.
Floor has shown his work in Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, Zuiderzeemuseum Enkhuizen and Museum Arnhem amongst other venues, as well as at various fairs and design events in Europe and the USA.
