Co-design in neighbourhoods
Woonbedrijf works on creating neighbourhoods that are pleasant places to live. But what does 'pleasant living' look like? And what does it mean for the community, the neighbourhood and for homes? No one can answer this question better than the residents themselves.
It is the residents who, together with us, give a neighbourhood its identity. That's why Co-design has been part of our work approach and our neighbourhoods for many years now. When residents are involved in the design process, customer satisfaction, quality of life and status of the neighbourhood all improve.
Together with residents, designers and architects, we are constantly discovering new ways in which Co-design can improve neighbourhoods. We would like to share this process with you. Visit a selection of neighbourhood projects during DDW17 and see for yourself how residents, designers and Woonbedrijf Co-design!

Organized by Woonbedrijf
As the largest housing corporation in the region, Woonbedrijf rents out approximately one-fourth of all homes in Eindhoven. We also have homes in regional municipalities. The role of Woonbedrijf goes further than simply ensuring adequate, affordable rental homes: we see the development of pleasant neighbourhoods as one of our most important tasks.
